Donations made to Sahyog Foundation Trust may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, subject to applicable government rules. To receive a valid 80G tax receipt, donors must provide accurate details including their Full Name, Postal Address, and Permanent Account Number (PAN).

C. Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

All financial contributions and donations made to Sahyog Foundation Trust are final and non-refundable. Once a payment transaction is completed, cancellation or refund requests will generally not be entertained.

In rare circumstances involving technical glitches or duplicate billing (e.g., an unintentional double debit due to a server or gateway error), donors may submit a written refund claim within 7 working days of the transaction. All valid duplicate charge refund claims will be reviewed, processed, and credited to the original payment method after administrative verification.

3. Volunteer Participation & Community Engagement

Individuals applying to join Sahyog Foundation Trust as volunteers, field coordinators, or community advocates agree to adhere to our code of conduct during all trust activities and drives.

• Code of Ethical Conduct: Volunteers must treat all community beneficiaries, partners, and team members with dignity, equality, and respect regardless of caste, gender, religion, or background.
• Non-Commercial Conduct: Volunteers are strictly prohibited from soliciting unauthorized personal donations or misrepresenting the organization for personal gain.
• Media Rights & Consent: Photographs, videos, and media recorded during public NGO drives may be utilized by Sahyog Foundation Trust for official reporting, social awareness campaigns, and documentation purposes.
